DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are currently working with designers from all around the world: USA, Turkey, Lebanon, Australia, etc. Most of our dresses come directly from the company to ensure that we are always stocked with the newest collections. Orders are processed the following business day. In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. Please ensure to fill out the Occasion date on your order, so we can ensure the item arrives in time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In-Stock items are sent via DHL and usually ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Some of our couture collection designs are shipped from all around the world: USA, Turkey, Lebanon, Australia, etc. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. There is no way around this as it is handled directly from DHL.

Shipping Returns
Email us at returns@layaliboutiqe.com immediately after receiving your dress (within 48 hours) and send the item/s back to the address that we will provide you. Do not ship the dresses back to the address on the box. It will NOT be processed if you ship the items back to sender.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any duties or customs incurred for international orders are non-refundable. When returning with LAYALI Boutique we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
